What are your shipping rates?

Free Shipping. All orders of merchandise totaling $99 or more with single delivery destinations in the continental United States qualify for FREE UPS Ground shipping.

Order Deadlines. Typically, orders placed by noon Mountain Time, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), will process and ship on that same day. Orders placed after noon will typically process and ship on the next business day.

Delivery Time. UPS Ground delivery may take up to five (5) business days but typically occurs within three (3) business days or less, depending upon your shipping location. Certain items that are oversized or overweight will be shipped via commercial freight only, which may take up to an additional ten (10) business days. Guaranteed 2nd Day Air delivery takes 1 to 2 business days. Guaranteed Next Day Air delivery takes one (1) business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Special Circumstances. Most orders are shipped direct from the manufacturer or fulfillment supplier warehouse. A back order notification will be sent on any item that is not in stock. We offer a complete range of delivery options. All options, however, may not be available for orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories. At this time, Total Home Medical does not ship to PO Boxes, Military Address (APO, AE) or destinations outside of the United States.

Will sales tax apply to my order?

Sales tax must be added to orders shipped to destinations within the states of California, New York, and Utah.

Can I send a check or money order?

We would be pleased to accept your check or money order as a form of payment and request that you either calculate shipping charges and applicable sales tax (Utah only) by entering your shipping information online (simply initiate the checkout process with your item[s] in the shopping cart, and our automated system will calculate all pertinent charges for you), or call us (toll free) at 1-877-317-9278 (8am-5pm MST, Mon-Fri) to obtain a grand total.

What is your return policy?

Our return policy is simple, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. As long as the item has not been opened and remains sealed in original packaging, the product may be returned within thirty (30) days of the original invoice date. (In the case of backordered items, you have 30 days from receipt of mechandise.) If the product box has been damaged, taped, or altered in any manner, we may refuse to accept it as a valid return. Please remember, you must receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number on all returns. Unauthorized packages may be refused.

Return Instructions:
Step 1: Obtain RMA
Before returning anything, you must first obtain a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. An RMA number can be obtained by contacting a Customer Care Representative by telephone or email. It is important that the RMA number is clearly written on the return shipping label. Please do not write anything on the box. Packages received without an RMA number may be returned to you. We will only provide an RMA number for items that are new, unused, in original box with all original packing materials and promotional items. RMA numbers will not be issued for items that have been used or that do not have all the original materials and packaging.

Step 2: Verify Return Address
Many of our products are shipped to you directly from the manufacturer or fulfillment warehouse and the return address will vary. We will provide you with the appropriate return address at the time you request and RMA.

Step 3: Arrange Return Shipping
On all product returns, you are responsible for arranging shipment of the product back to the appropriate Total Home Medical warehouse. You may use UPS, FedEx, or any other ground parcel carrier of your choice.

Step 4: Receive Refund
If you paid for the purchase with a credit card, your account will be credited back the amount of the purchase, minus the applicable return fee of up to 15% once the product has been received. If you paid with a check or money order, please allow 1 to 3 weeks from the time we receive the returned product to receive your refund check from Total Home Medical.

Terms of Use

Total Home Medical hereby expressly disclaims all warranties either expressed or implied, warranty of merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. This disclaimer by Total Home Medical in no way affects the terms of the manufacturer's warranty if any. Title to goods herein being purchased is retained by Total Home Medical until goods are paid for in full by the purchaser and at that time title passes to purchaser. If goods herein being purchased are being purchased for purposes of export, purchaser must obtain from the Federal Government certain export documentation before shipping to a foreign country. In addition, manufacturers' warranties for exported goods may vary or even be null and void. If you have questions, please inquire. Any and all liability is only for the products purchased.

For all prices and products, Total Home Medical reserves the right to make adjustments, substitutions, or cancellations due to errors, changing market conditions, product discontinuation, or typographical errors in advertisements.
